Job Description
C&B
- Manage salary, tax and benefits calculation and payment
- Claim employees' tax and social benefits
- Develop and maintain KPI concept together with managers
- Participate in coordination of employee activities and events
HR legal administration
- Support and roll-out HR processes and policies
- Employment contracts and stay-on contracts
- Contract with legal advisor
- Warnings, terminations, resignation
- Be up-to-date with and secure that the company is in compliance with Egypt labor law
On-boarding and registration of employee
- Company introduction to new employee
- On-boarding plan together with direct manager
- Intro to Company Handbook and Financial Regulations (with Finance)
- Introduce of new colleague via mail/personal/newsletter
- Update personal files and HR check list incl IT access form
- Manage IT registration/revoke form and access card together with Admin Supervisor and IT (access, email, name card, mobile phone/SIM, Intranet, etc)
- Registration of holiday, sick leave and other absence
Team Management (If applicable)
- Training to branch HRs
- Lead regional HR teams
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent education level
- Candidates from logistics / courier industry are preferred
- Oracle users are preferred
