About the role

Responsible for supporting company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff, overseeing administrative work and delivering positive work environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize office operations and procedures.
  • Greeting visitors, answering a high-volume of incoming phone calls and mails, and delivering excellent service to our customers and employees.
  • Perform and maintain office opening and closing procedures on a daily base.
  • Handling company’s communication, reply to emails, faxes and post.
  • Develop and sustain positive working relationships with all stakeholders, including staff to ensure positive information and communication channels relevant to the smooth running of the business.
  • Continuous follow-up of the documents of the company that need renewal.
  • Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
  • Coordinate for periodic and operational meetings, as well as typing the agenda and taking minutes and distribution of records after validation.
  • To develop and maintain an effective filing system within the executive office including formal records of all meetings held.
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
  • Providing and keeping needed office supplies and stationary items.
  • Managing meeting rooms reservations and time line.
  • Monitoring and coordinating maintenances and housekeeping activities.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Business administration or any related field.
  • Previous experience in a customer-focused industry 2-3 years.
  • Excellent communications and presentation skill.
  • Solid command Microsoft office.
  • High sense of flexibility and adaptability .
  • Friendly and active personality.
