Job Description
- Create HR Strategies & Policies with relative forms & applications.
- Attract & headhunt talented calibers in different levels (Doctors and Nurses).
- Manage Payroll an Compensation procedures in manual system.
- Establish Compensation & Benefits plan including all employees benefits & reward plans.
- Build Performance Management System that is based on Professional Behavior & Attitude plus Relative Knowledge & Skills.
- Build Training & Development Programs to elevate employees competencies & skills.
- Ensure that all HR Practices are complying with Labor Law regulations.
- Couch & guide all managers with required policies, procedures & how to maintain regulatory compliance.
Job Requirements
Required Skills:
- +10 years experience in similar position
- Comprehensive knowledge in all HR Activities; (Recruitment & Selection, Hiring Process, Personnel including Social Insurance & managing attendance, Payroll Structure, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Labor Law Affairs & Organization Development)
