About TAAGER Company.
- Our company is a newly funded startup, which is growing at an extremely high month on month growth rate. We are the first B2B E-commerce company serving merchants, marketers and online businesses rather than end users.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing the warehouse/hub of the company
- Managing an end to end process from order receipt to delivery and post-delivery follow up
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Responsible for recruit, train and supervise staff
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service
Job Requirements
- Minimum years of experience 3-5 years
- Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role (Previous work in Amazon, Jumia, Aramex, P&G is a strongly preferable)
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Experience budgeting and forecasting
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership ability
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
