Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, your primary responsibility is to serve as the main point of contact between the digital marketing agency and its clients. You are responsible for understanding the clients' business objectives, developing digital marketing strategies to meet those objectives, and overseeing the execution of those strategies.

Job Requirements

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs, objectives, and challenges. Act as the primary point of contact for all communication between the agency and the client.

 

Strategy Development:

Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve those goals. This includes identifying target audiences, selecting appropriate digital channels, and defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.

 

Campaign Planning and Execution:

Collaborate with internal teams, such as digital marketers, content creators, and designers, to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.

 

Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

Monitor the performance of digital marketing campaigns, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports to clients. Identify areas for improvement and optimization to ensure that campaigns are meeting or exceeding client expectations.

 

Budget Management:

Manage clients' digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to achieve maximum ROI. Track campaign expenses, reconcile invoices, and provide budget forecasts as needed.

 

Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, including changes in algorithms, new technologies, and emerging platforms. Use this knowledge to provide strategic recommendations to clients and continuously improve campaign performance.
