Job Description

  • Response on customer needs and determines how operations can be altered to improve service to customers and better meet their needs.
  • Coordinate with different departments to achieve optimal quality across the board
  • Handle complaints or objections of clients
  • Audits legal documents that can impact the company
  • Works to increase the value of a business
  • Help with the onboarding process for MoneyFellows customers
  • Provide daily Reporting to Manager
  • Daily follow up activities

Job Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in Customer Service / Operations .
  • Very good problem solving skills.
  • Proven customer service skills.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and writing skills
  • Microsoft office skills (Excel)
  • Comfortable working in a change-oriented and fast-paced environment
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
