Job Description
- Response on customer needs and determines how operations can be altered to improve service to customers and better meet their needs.
- Coordinate with different departments to achieve optimal quality across the board
- Handle complaints or objections of clients
- Audits legal documents that can impact the company
- Works to increase the value of a business
- Help with the onboarding process for MoneyFellows customers
- Provide daily Reporting to Manager
- Daily follow up activities
Job Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Customer Service / Operations .
- Very good problem solving skills.
- Proven customer service skills.
- Strong verbal communication skills and writing skills
- Microsoft office skills (Excel)
- Comfortable working in a change-oriented and fast-paced environment
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
