Job Description

Summary:

Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for identifying new potential customers, qualifying them, and scheduling initial meetings. They will also be responsible for managing and updating customer data in the CRM system, serving as the primary point of contact between new customers and the sales team, and collaborating with the technical support team to enhance complaints handling processes and improve customer satisfaction levels.

Responsibilities: 

  • Identify potential customers, assess their needs, and schedule meetings to introduce them to the company’s products and services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, inquiries, and preferences in the CRM system to ensure seamless customer management.
  • Act as the liaison between new customers and the account management team, ensuring clear and timely communication to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
  • Conduct regular follow-up interactions with customers after account handover to ensure everything is functioning smoothly with the account management team, addressing any unresolved issues or additional needs.
  • Collaborate on marketing activities, including event planning and promotional campaigns aimed at enhancing customer engagement.
  • Track and analyze customer data to identify patterns and opportunities for improving customer service and satisfaction levels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and potential customers, aiming for long-term business growth and loyalty.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on new customer acquisition progress, customer complaints, and CRM updates to ensure transparency and informed decision-making.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management, sales, or a related role (2-3 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Candidates should be 26 years old or younger.
