Job Description
- Manage and follow-up all operation ( security , Cleanliness, maintenance).
- Coordination with other departments regarding maintenance process and customer payments.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Reports to direct manager on the progress and achievements, and refers to any problems to him for action/advice.
- Provide the Accounting and HR departments with reports.
- Following up the implementation of the HR policies and holiday and sick days taken.
- Promote occupational health and safety within mall and develop safer and healthier ways of working.
- Prepare and issue tenant notices, circulars, warning and penalty notice as advised by mall manager.
- Follow-up on tenant communications till completion
- Manage all documentation related to mall management and leasing operations.
- Prepare PR / LPOs for various operational requirements and ensure its tracking and follow up with the concerned department for timely procurement.
- Handle all queries and complaints from Tenants when received in the Mall .
- Ensure forwarding the same to the concerned department, including follow up for timely resolution as per established Mall policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Good command of English reading and writing
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- 1-3 years of experience.
- Previous experience in operations is a plus
