About the Job
  • Responsible for the whole Sales inside the area also have thoughts and solutions to achieve targets also achieve the targets for new devices.
  • Supervise and control the prices and changing the concentration of the goods to all customers in all regions and prevent any changes among customers, both in the price change.
  • Responsible for managing the sales activities of the assigned region to ensure maximum market penetration.
  • Responsible for leading a team of sales reps who will be dedicated to meeting or exceeding sales objectives and enhancing the stature of pharmaceuticals.
  • Identifies business opportunities where can have a competitive advantages with key large practices, physicians,pharmacists,distributors and other decision makers.
  • Responsible for the training,developing and leader ship of his team.
  • Reviews,analyzes revises,communicates and implements company sales policies and procedure through the leader ship/execution of the sales team in a direct sales in a growing pharmaceutical market job requirements.
Job Requirements
  • 5 - 6 years as a total experience ( 2 years at least as a supervisor in lighting field is a must )
  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field
  • Communicating effectively with high negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Excellent customer management skills, strong interpersonal skills.
  • Talented in selling with presentable manner
