Marketing Agent

Job Description

• The Marketing agent is responsible for communicating company deliverables and reflecting the company image professionally to prospect clients while also maintaining positive relationships with existing clients .

Responsibilities:

• Researching the market for prospects that fulfill the target market profile and generating leads.
• Using communication tools (phone, Skype, Zoom... etc) to schedule meetings with prospect clients.
• Performing meetings to present company prepared deals and demonstrating services and benefits to clients .
• Focusing on customer service quality while approaching potential clients.
• Arranging for contracts with new partners.
• Following up and completing daily tasks according to schedule planned.
• Maintaining professional relationship with clients and providing high level of support toward achieving the set objectives.
• Preparing reports and escalating all issues related to partners’ accounts to top management.
• Attending company trainings and meetings as scheduled by management (over Skype, Zoom, Go-to-meeting...etc)
