Job Description
- Maintain record of sales reps and following up their activities
- Handling Sales reps orders and routing to logistics
- Follow up client requests if needed
- Maintain the office.
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access
- Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
- Assist Managing Partners in their tasks.
- Prepare drinks and food for owners and guests.
- Follow up on daily emails, review and distribute emails with the sales team.
- Prepare and edit documents.
- Maintain database and filing system (Both electronic and paper)
- Keep showroom and samples organized & clean.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies.
Job Requirements
- Professional and well-presented appearance
- Must speak English Fluently
- Solid communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
- Ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure
- Knowledge of general office procedures
- Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software, including Word and Excel, and the ability to learn to make price quotations.
- Ability to operate office equipment (fax, copier, mail, etc.)
- Customer service experience
- Fast Typer
