About the Job
  • Acquires new customers by reaching out to leads
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Adjusts sales tactics based on tests and new insights in the field
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within schedule minimum 4 demonstration a week  
  • Follow sales planner & submit sales debrief form regularly
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree of Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Solid academic studies on software & networking
  • Strong selling, communication, negotiation, & persuasion skills
  • Active listening skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Highly motivated and target driven
  • Prospecting skills
  • Territory management aptitude
  • Patience to deal with customer issues and calls that do not end in a sale
  • Post-Sale relationship management
  • Strong knowledge of standard software packages such as word processing, Excel, Power point in addition to the ability to learn company-specific software if required such as ERP/CRM
  • Have a driving License
