Own the Marketing strategy, management, measurement, testing, and execution of the demand and lead generation activities of free and paid channels including SEO/SEM, direct mail, Social media, Third Party email, events etc.
Develop detailed campaign project plans, create briefs, and digital strategies, including campaign goals, messaging, calls to action, segmentation strategy, marketing distribution channels, and campaign schedule
Driving customer registrations, customer spend (Share-of-Wallet) and high-quality sales leads
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Drive brand awareness across all Categories and work closely with PR.
Own top-level business goals and drive the marketing team to meet its go-to-market objectives
Seek out ways to utilize marketing automation to improve processes and productivity
More than 10 years
Minimum 10+ years of Marketing with solid experience in managing digital marketing
BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
Experience working in online Marketing fore-commerce & fast paced environment similar to a high tech-ops start-up with responsibility for leading influencing teams in a matrixed environment.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends)
