Job Description
- Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy and campaigns to support the company's growth objectives
- Manage the marketing team, including setting goals, delegating tasks, and providing guidance and feedback.
- Prepare & Participate in Different Exhibitions and events.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of all marketing content, including website, social media, email, advertising, etc.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing activities with sales initiatives and lead generation efforts
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
- Serve as the company's brand ambassador and ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in a marketing field
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in marketing tools and technologies (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with sales
- Ability to think strategically and creatively
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Preferred to have previous experience in (Packaging-FMCG )
