Job Description

  • Acting as the first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls for the commercial director.
  • Manage, coordinate and maintain a calendar of the Commercial Director, including appointments and meetings.
  • Attend meetings and take detailed meeting minutes.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Managing databases and filing systems.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field
  • 5-8 years of work experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent Negotiation skills.
  • Analytical Skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Proficiency in English language.
  • Prefer French language.
