Will be responsible for reviewing and validating designs submitted by Contractors including Track Layout drawings and Level Crossings.
Will be responsible for leading, managing and arranging signaling staff (engineers & technicians) for onsite activities and during Test & Commissioning.
Will be responsible for reviewing safety documents submitted by Contractor before each commissioning
Attending GoNoGo meetings with Client and Contractors before each commissioning to decide whether to go for commissioning or not
Attending meetings/workshops with Client and Contractors and preparing MoMs
Supporting and giving technical advices to Client and warn important subjects well in advance before this becomes an obstacle in the context of prevention
Attending SW FATs
Make some site visits (if needed)
Checking and reporting sites progress and issues on daily bases
Draft letters to either Contractor or Client when it is necessary
Communication with PM

Have 20 years experience in Metro/Railway (preferred with previous experience in Railway signaling projects)
Minimum 20 years of overall experience ( in Railway /Metro industry )
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering ( is preferred )
Very good command of English
