Job Description
- Manage the performance management system and all its related issues.
- Communicate and follow up the directors and managers overall companies to set and cascade their objectives.
- Coordinate with other HR departments and HR business partners to apply the PMS at their companies.
- Follow up the process of employees 's appraising and be sure it is matched with PM policy
- Set up and Manage the database of group's kPIs and objectives
Job Requirements
- Experience in *OD* and *PM* with minimum 3-5 years’ experience
- Very good knowledge about *Balanced Scorecard*
- Highly efficient communicator and negotiator.
- Presentable person.
