Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and experienced HR Manager to lead all aspects of human resources for our busy production plant. You will play a key role in ensuring a positive and productive work environment for our employees, while also safeguarding the company's interests through effective HR practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the plant's overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from attracting top talent to onboarding new hires.
  • Manage employee relations, including addressing concerns, grievances, and fostering a positive work culture.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonus programs, and employee benefits.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including personnel files, attendance records, and other HR-related documents.
  • Investigate and resolve employee concerns and disciplinary issues.
  • Partner with plant management to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
