Job Description
- Receive daily work assignment from General Foreman needs, taking into consideration cost impact, and allocate tasks to team leaders to ensure effective use of resources.
- Assess and secure issue of necessary materials and equipment in order that teams are provided with resources necessary to complete tasks.
- Supervise progress to ensure assigned work is completed according to specifications, within allotted time frame and in compliance with HSE standards.
- Co-ordinate with Quality control staff to arrange scheduling of inspection following completion of assigned task.
- Assess requests and issue wok permits when all conditions are met, including safety factors, to facilitate project progress.
- Prepare daily written reports on work progress for analysis by engineer.
- Provide technical advice and training for the solving of the more complex problems referred by level 4 personnel and to develop their skill level and competence.
- Interpret drawings to establish work assignment requirement and provide guidance during construction execution.
- Other technical duties/projects as assigned.
General Administrative Duties
- Provide full admin support to the team
- Generate reports and/or timesheets as applicable
- Other additional administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum Required Education
- Technical Diploma / High School Diploma
Minimum Required Professional Experience Years
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.
Language Proficiency
- Arabic: Mother Tongue
