Job Description
- Responsible for planning and preparing the executive programs for procurement that ultimately aim to achieve the main objectives.
- Planning for the provision of needs through the company's approved suppliers who are registered, evaluated and approved.
- Direct supervision, follow-up and review of the procurement department staff.
- Study trends or levels of prices related to materials and supplies.
- Review the recorder report sent by the warehouse management to ensure that the materials are not present in the company's warehouses
- Record all monthly purchases in the procurement report, complete all necessary data and send it to the project management office of the company for review.
- Implementing subcontractor agreements as per the regulations.
- Study and follow-up of market conditions.
- Executing purchases according to internal regulations.
- Willingness to develop and creativity.
- Make a semi-annual evaluation for the contractors and suppliers.
Job Requirements
- BSc in relevant field graduates of engineering collages are preferred
- 7+ work Experience in contracting procurement two+ as a procurement manager
- Good knowledge of computer knowledge ( Microsoft office)
