Job Description

  • Creating, managing, maintaining & enhancing SEM campaigns
  • Optimizing campaigns performance
  • Optimizing targeted keywords lists & ads
  • Enhancing the CTR & conversion rate
  • Enhancing budgeting and bidding strategies
  • Enhancing targeting strategies
  • Continuously researching audience persona to enhance targeting and keywords analysis strategies
  • Keeping an eye on competitors’ campaigns to ensure our campaign maintain its ranking Identifying powerful keywords to drive the most valuable traffic
  • Running PPC campaigns
  • Manage bids and develop strategies to increase the effectiveness of our paid search campaigns
  • Create daily / weekly reports with a full analysis of campaign statuses
  • Decrease budget & adjust bids to gain better ROI
  • Meet target KPI’s, detailed reporting, applying critical thinking and take actionable insight.
  • Confidently execute and manage/buy all digital media campaigns across all digital channels and devices (display, social, video, native, etc). These include, but are not limited to Google (search, YouTube), Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, etc.
  • Utilize audience targeting strategies and creative testing frameworks to improve engagement and ROAS
  • Act as Programmatic subject matter expert and lead on all training and growth opportunities

Job Requirements

  • Have a strong positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
  • proficiency in Microsoft office Suite products (Excel,Word and Power point).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing best practices including local search, review marketing, social media, web content and paid advertising
  • Pay great attention to detail and focus on the quality and results of campaigns (per technique, creative unit, and inventory) for all digital campaigns. Assumes accountability and ownership of campaigns.
  • Strong time- management, presentation and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Marketing communications or related degree is a must.
  • 2+ years Previous experience in Distribution/ Skincare or Cosmetics
  • Ability to multi-task and moderate different accounts simultaneously.
  • Candidates free to join immediately are highly preferred. (No Notice period needed)
