Analysis of customer calls, chat, social media verbatim.
Analysis of service requests to understand emerging issues and recurrent in-depth root cause investigations.
Analysis of sales database to increase sales lead generation and conversion across international businesses.
Analysis of loyalty database to identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
Data quality analysis for owners, tenants and wider group customers.
Communication with managers and executives from Emaar business entities – Hospitality, Entertainment, Properties, International, Malls – to understand business needs and enforce changes.
Communication with Technology/ IT team members on various technical needs to implement data-related projects.

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a study with a large quantitative component (e.g. Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Econometrics) from a reputed university.
Additionally, any certification or coursework in business administration, technology/digital would be beneficial.
Industry experience, passionate about data, insights and communication.
Solid knowledge of at least one Statistical/Econometric software, with a preference for Ruby, Python.
Proven analytical and logical abilities.
Ability to see the big picture while working with ambiguity and uncertainty.
Solid understanding of ETL applications, data pipelines, Oracle, Salesforce, BI tools.
Excellent oral and written communication.
