Job Description
Roles and Accountabilities:
- Data Reporting and Visualization: Research, Design and analyze interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business decision-making. Ensure outputs are accurate, timely, and aligned with Management expectations and business requirements.
- Data Analysis and Insight Generation: Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. Advise on actionable insights and data narratives that support IT growth strategies across the group and operational and cross functional objectives across business units and subsidiaries.
- Data Management and Quality Assurance: Assess and standardize data from multiple sources to ensure reliability and integrity. Carry data quality checks, flagging anomalies and proposing corrective actions.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Metrics Definition: Support internal departments in defining key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting requirements, and success metrics. Obtain approval from his Direct Manager to ensure alignment with business goals and reporting consistency across the organization.
- Automation and Efficiency Optimization: Represent the department in understanding the automation capabilities and AI-driven solutions and streamlining recurring reporting and data extraction processes, reduce manual intervention, and increase scalability of data operations.
- Software Development Lifecycle Participation: Engage in all relevant phases of the software and data solution development lifecycle, including data gathering, design, prototyping, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. Participate in peer reviews and ensure adherence to data engineering and analytics standards.
- Support for Data-Driven Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives that require data support, including market analysis, operational efficiency assessments, performance tracking, and customer behavior studies.
- Data Migration and Integration: Execute data migration, integration, and transformation activities across systems. Ensure data consistency, completeness, and compatibility during system upgrades or implementations. Generate periodical progress reports for strategic alignment and corrective actions
- Documentation and Standards Compliance: Document data sources, transformation logic, report definitions, and system configurations. Ensure reporting and data practices comply with internal policies and regulatory or audit standards.
- Oracle ERP Solutions: Administer Oracle ERP Financial and other modules. Show ability to design and develop integrated solutions between Oracle applications and other systems.
- Performance and Development: Work towards achieving annual KPIs and contributing to team objectives. Proactively identify skill development opportunities and collaborate with the manager to implement a personal and professional growth plan.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields: Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Economics.
- Years of Experience: 6+ years of work experience with Oracle Developer 10g (Forms/Reports).
- Strong experience in Oracle SQL and Oracle PL/SQL.
- Qualifications:
- Ability in writing Stored Procedures, Triggers, and Packages.
- Experience with relational databases and ERP systems development.
- Understanding statistics and data modeling.
- Experience with Oracle EBS Suite / Oracle Fusion Applications, including developing interfaces, extensions, customizations, and reports in EBS R12.
- Proficiency in developing applications using Oracle Forms and Reports.
- Good understanding of Oracle 12c/19c environments.
- Experience with Oracle EBS Suite / Oracle Fusion Applications and developing interfaces, extensions, customizations, and reports in EBS R12.
- Experience with web development technologies such as CSS and HTML.
