Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Senior PPM Consultant to fill a critical skills gap within our team. This individual will play a key role in supporting both ongoing and upcoming Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion projects. The ideal candidate will also provide mentorship to junior team members and lend their financial acumen to support current project needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Oracle EBS and Fusion PPM implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and provide best-fit solutions.
- Support presales and new opportunity initiatives with technical and functional insights.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants within the team.
- Assist in the financial aspects of current projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Act as a subject matter expert on PPM processes and Oracle-related functionalities.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS and Fusion PPM implementations.
- Proven experience delivering Oracle PPM solutions in complex environments.
- Strong functional and technical understanding of Oracle PPM modules.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and support strategic initiatives.
- Experience working with finance-related modules or processes is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
- Desirable Skills:
- Oracle certifications in PPM or related disciplines.
- Experience in mentoring and developing team capabilities.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in project and portfolio management
