Job Description
- Contact all Managers from understanding profile requirements working closely with the Managers and select most appropriate recruitment methods to source candidates.
- Responsible for the full hiring process which includes coordinating head haunting, job posts
- Prepare and follow the annual forecast Manpower Requirements with the all Managers.
- Reviewing resumes to select the matching profiles for the position, conducting phone interviews, face to face interview and reports outcome in a timely manner, Administered offer letters, negotiated salaries.
- Informing the accepted ones with acceptance and invite them to an offer session.
- Update the recruitment tracker and making sure that the information is up to date.
- Ensure all vacancies are filled with suitable candidates within the targeted time
Job Requirements
- Retail experience is a MUST
- Experience 4-6 in HR
- Very good English
- Ability to plan and organize work in an efficient manner.
- Experience in the Manufacturing industry as well
