Job Description
- Review and calculate the monthly payroll variables for the real estate, retail and insurance businesses within the group in Egypt
- Entry of all monthly payroll variables on SAP.
- Create monthly payroll reports (Salary sheets, Bank Sheets, Social Insurance Report, and Taxation Report).
- Ensure that the monthly payroll or any further payment for employees is transferred to the respective bank account for the employee through the online bank data base.
- Handling cash payments for offline employees within the group.
- Prepare and distribute pay slips among all employees within the group.
- Calculate the yearly taxation reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance and applying of Disciplinary policy after conducting investigations with employees if required.
- Responsible for the benefits administration process (medical, travel and life insurance) for all employees within the group in Egypt including the contract renewal negotiations for the medical insurance
- Monitor the leaves of all employees and updating it on SAP for the offline employees.
- Process the hiring follow-up for all new hires to be included in the payroll
- Monitor, follow up and issue contract renewals for IKEA employees.
- Process the vendor payments on SAP
