Job Description
- Working alongside the CEO, the candidate will be supporting with the day-to-day running of the business with administrative and secretarial work.
- From project managing, organizing diaries, keeping notes and scheduling meetings to setting up conferences and assisting with travel trips.
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
- Managing databases and filing systems.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
Job Requirements
- Very well spoken & written English /Arabic
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
