Job Description
- Get prospects and shortlisted clients
- Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
- Overseeing the development of market
- Implement business development plans and identify all business opportunities to increase sales volumes and market share.
- Establish business/market segment strategies to achieve growth / profitability objectives and increase customer satisfaction.
- Pay attention to competitors and their activities within the market
- Provide customers with quotations, develop action plans and facilitate the implementation plan.
- Negotiate the terms of sales agreement and close the deal.
- Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of media/digital/marketing services sales experience
- Experience of having helped develop/launch new products in the market
- Proven track record of exceeding set goals and quotas
- Strong track record of bringing in new business (Hunter skills)
- Entrepreneurial and independent, willing to be creative
- Broad understanding of the trends in digital/media/marketing services product development, marketing, and selling
- Excellent communication skills: verbal and written, as well as strong presentation skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment
- Highly responsive and customer-focused
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Salesforce
