Job Description
Duties and responsibilities:
- Provide customer service support to customers
- Assist customers with inquiries and questions related to SURVV services
- Answering phone calls and give detailed explanation about the service
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to the concerned departments for further investigation
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor degree from a recognized university
- Experience: 1+ years of customer service experience
- Relevant education or training

- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult customer calls.
- Well-developed problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
