Job Description

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service support to customers
  • Assist customers with inquiries and questions related to SURVV services
  • Answering phone calls and give detailed explanation about the service
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to the concerned departments for further investigation
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor degree from a recognized university
  • Experience: 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Relevant education or training

Skills and abilities:

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult customer calls.
  • Well-developed problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
