Job Description

  • Facilitating customer calls and updates.
  • Monitor customer load board and information flow in the Transportation Management System.
  • Documenting and organizing existing standard operating processes.
  • Learning multiple job functions within assigned team.
  • Managing reconciliation of daily reports.
  • Accounting the paperwork and managing reconciliation of shipments delivery bills and the client's.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree ( Business , Information or Commerce only ).
  • Fluent speaker of the American Accent.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems quickly and accurately.
  • Ability to work in a team oriented and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
