- Facilitating customer calls and updates.
- Monitor customer load board and information flow in the Transportation Management System.
- Documenting and organizing existing standard operating processes.
- Learning multiple job functions within assigned team.
- Managing reconciliation of daily reports.
- Accounting the paperwork and managing reconciliation of shipments delivery bills and the client's.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree ( Business , Information or Commerce only ).
- Fluent speaker of the American Accent.
