Heroleads is hiring a Human Resources Manager to provide administrative support in smooth functioning and efficient operation of all the key HR functions in relation to people management by performing a wide range of administrative tasks to corporate standards.
To support the operations of ineffective people management & service delivery with an aim to serve staff and external stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support in recruitment and selection processes for Egypt.
- Contact candidates and coordinate with the team in scheduling/re-scheduling and organizing interviews
- Prepare Employment Contracts for new hires.
- Manage all local comers registration & de-registration from Social Insurance
- Maintains checklists for hiring and end of employment
- Adhering to corporate policy for recruitment and selection
- Integrating diversity strategy, policies and principles into all recruitment activities
- Ensuring a continuous supply of high-quality candidates through effective and timely recruitment
- Training & event management:
- Provide administrative and logistic support in organizing HR events, meetings, and training
- Coordinating the Induction for newcomers.
- Coordinate with the relevant departments to book venues, arrange food and transport as required.
- Performance & Reward Management:
- Filling the Performance Appraisal forms after the signature.
- 2. Compile/Arrang the training needs mentioned in the Performance Appraisal
Job Requirements
- University degree
- 3 years experience in Human Resource Management environment
- Fluent level of spoken and written English
