Job Description
- Responsible for the hiring process [signing contracts, filling and applying form #1, #2, #6]
- Handle the labor law office and social insurance issues and inquires.
- Control the files of the employees.
- Make the monthly attendance reports and send them to the payroll team.
- Deal with the internal system for submitting the vacations and attendance.
- Handle the governmental medical insurance issues and inquires.
- Provide the HR manager with the needed reports and analysis.
- Provide the employees with the needed HR support.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree [Business Administration, or equivalent]
- Male [30 years old is Max. age]
- Cairo resident [Heliopolis, Nasr City, New Cairo are preferred]
- 1-2 years of Personnel experience [with proven practical experience]
- Very good common of English language.
- High Microsoft Office skills.
- High Presentation and Communication skills.
- High Problem Solving, and Planning skills.
- Ownership, and Handling skills.
- Able to accept Diversity and Change.
- Able to deal with Blue and White collars.
- Able to work in 10th of Ramadan City.
