Job Description
- Approaching Universities and signing them up as members.
- Acquire and maintain a high understanding of the platform and the concept.
- The ability to present to present the platform.
- Work alongside the Universities, assisting and advising them of Platform services.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and Educational/industry events
- Maintain territorial market and competitor awareness, developing and presenting ideas for new opportunities.
- Establish and maintain effective contact with the University.
- Conduct regular check-ins with Universities to evaluate service and promote workshops, training activities, new features and services.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other members of the team.
- Targets and objectives are achieved.
- Potential and existing customer relationships are maintained and improved through exceptional customer service.
Job Requirements
- A tertiary qualification
- Previous sales experience minimum 1-2 years.
- Highly computer literate.
- Ability to work well both independently and in a group, sharing ideas and problem solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills such as time management and prioritizing.
- A flexible approach and the ability to influence others.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- An eye for detail and the ability to maintain a very high level of accuracy.
- The drive and commitment to achieve personal and company goals.
- Fluent in English.
