Job Description
- Receive new applicants and provide information about admission application procedures.
- Handles Admission test sessions.
- Advises applicants with academic and procedural requirements for successful admission application.
- Updates applicant’s data in admission databases.
- Pre-screen final high school certificates for applicants.
- Evaluates student's high school certificates to decide the eligibility of applicants for the desired study program and decide on the tuition category.
- Responsible for the reception area during admission peak time.
- Responsible for transfer admission, coordinate academic equivalency and academic advising to transfer applicants.
- Holds Presentations to school students to familiarize them with admission and procedural requirements.
Job Requirements
- Primary teaching language at high school is English - A must
- Attainment of University/College Degree - A must
- Strong background in the educational/customer service field - preferable.
- Fluent English Language skills.
- Excellent MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A hard worker that is capable of multitasking and dealing with work under pressure.
- Effective administrative skills, including the ability to organize and prioritize own workload in order to meet tight deadlines, whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
