Job Description

Responsible for leading the recruitment efforts to attract and hire top talent for the restaurant company. This role involves overseeing the entire recruitment process, from strategizing and implementing recruitment plans to managing a team of recruiters. The goal is to ensure the company has a talented and motivated workforce that aligns with the company's vision and values.

Key Resonsibilities: 

  • Strategize Recruitment Plans: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage Recruitment Team: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated.
  • Talent Sourcing: Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including internal and external sources.
  • Interview and Selection: Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring decisions in collaboration with department leaders.
  • Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company.
  • Employee Retention: Develop and implement employee retention programs to maintain a motivated and engaged workforce.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws and company policies.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present recruitment reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and trends.

Job Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experince 
  • University degree 
  • Post graduate studies in HR is preferable 
  • In-depth knowledge of HR Functions 
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and principles.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
  • Fluency in Arabic is crucial for effective communication with employees and government authorities.
  • Good command of English language (reading, writing & speaking)
