Job Description

  • To implement HR strategies and execute organizational development by creating clear job descriptions, benefits programs and performance management system
  • Administer the Recruitment Process by following up the overall process progress with all concerned parties to ensure the fulfillment of the company’s manpower needs.
  • Support organizational planning including creation of organizational charts, review of roles and responsibilities and job descriptions
  • Make a performance appraisal , kpi
  • Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Contract with vendors to provide employee services, such as food service, transportation, or relocation service.
  • Oversees all HR functions including Compensation, Benefits, Recruitment, Training, Employee Relations, etc
  • Support the HR Function in organizational analysis such as process analysis, responsibilities assignment, sizing & workforce planning.

Working Conditions:

  • 2 days week off friday and saturday

Job Requirements

  • Recruitment experience both managerial white-collar positions and blue-collar employees
  • Strong experience about compensation and benefits, managing employee budget of the organization
  • Performance management system experience is required
  • Organizational development, career planning and training programs development know how is also requires
  • Strong legislation knowledge for employee records, payroll, hiring process and labor relations including blue collar
  • Strong communication skills and outstanding leadership will be strong asset
  • Driving standardization in the execution of HR policies and processes.

  • Age 30-38 years old
  • Owns his own private car
  • Lives in areas near the factory such as 10th of ramadan,obour city,shrouq city,madinaty compound and badr city is prefered
  • Graduated from Business Administration, Labor Economics or similar faculties of universities related field with HR.
  • More than 5 years of experience
  • Previous experience in in industrial company
  • Strong coaching skills and having a positive and forward-looking mind
  • HR diploma is a prefered or MBA holder
  • Be fluent in English prefered
  • Analytical & strategic mindset with the ability to communicate with global HR teams,
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications.
  • Managerial level in same position prefered
