Job Description

  • Maintain relationships with different customers or accounts. maximize customer relationships and loyalty.
  • Provide new highest value clients on our platform providing them all the necessary tools and information to start working
  • Build a Trust-able ongoing relationship with Expand cart ‘s Clientsmaintain and sustain the mutual business and drive towards business growth in terms of the number of orders and general sales.
  • Coordinate internal resources and customers/third parties for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Track project plans, progress, financial, issues and risks.
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to direct Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Structured and organized
  • Good with tools (excel & PPT, Salesforce.comwould be a plus)
  • Basic knowledge on HTML/CSS & web development
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in same field
  • Strong interpersonal skills: Convince people and your team that you are making the right decisions
  • Great ability to work in a fast paced and competitive environment
  • Proficient in English language
  • Basic knowledge of web marketing
