Job Description
- Maintain relationships with different customers or accounts. maximize customer relationships and loyalty.
- Provide new highest value clients on our platform providing them all the necessary tools and information to start working
- Build a Trust-able ongoing relationship with Expand cart ‘s Clientsmaintain and sustain the mutual business and drive towards business growth in terms of the number of orders and general sales.
- Coordinate internal resources and customers/third parties for the flawless execution of projects.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
- Track project plans, progress, financial, issues and risks.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to direct Manager.
Job Requirements
- Structured and organized
- Good with tools (excel & PPT, Salesforce.comwould be a plus)
- Basic knowledge on HTML/CSS & web development
- 1 to 2 years of experience in same field
- Strong interpersonal skills: Convince people and your team that you are making the right decisions
- Great ability to work in a fast paced and competitive environment
- Proficient in English language
