Job Description
Purpose:
The customer experience specialist is responsible for all communications channel of MoneyFellows working as front line of communication with customers through different channels. The core purpose is making sure that customer experience is the best.
Responsibilities:
- Reply to all customer concerns/issues through email/phone.
- Make sure that all MoneyFellows policies are applied.
- Providing the best quality replies and handling complaints.
- Support the operations to make sure that workflow is smooth.
- Provide all necessary care for customers.
- Survey customers via phone to make sure experience is very good.

Technical competencies:
- English level: Excellent.
- From 1 to 3 years of experience.
- Call center experience is preferred.
