About the Job

Description of the Tasks:


  • Provide strategic inputs for Duty Free sales through the regional branches of Duty Free channel in order to ensure that the Business objectives are met in line with the vision, mission and strategy of the organization.
  • Propose the annual budget for Duty Free business of watches all brands, in order to meet the objectives, set for the Division and the Company.
  • Develop the marketing plan to achieve the growth and market share objectives set for the year.
  • Develop the go-to-market strategy to ensure maximum coverage and achieve high productivity for efficient and effective distribution of products and services to Duty Free customers.
  • Develop the operational plan for purchase of products from Principals and manage inventory.

Sales Management

  • Ensure the effective management of Duty Free customers in order to execute the operational plan and achieve or exceed the business objectives.
  • Implement the pricing of products for the Duty Free segment of customers in order to ensure gross margins and net profit objectives are achieved.

Risk Management

Manage the inventory levels to ensure a healthy stock profile and working capital.


  • Responsible for the product management in order to achieve product positioning in the Duty free ranking of the Brands in the watches segment.
  • Develop and execute the marketing plan through marketing department for Duty Free Channel
    Ensure that marketing activities like demand creation, PR, tactical trade promotions, bundling and packaging of services are planned and executed and the positioning of the brand and related marketing messages are communicated to the market channels to achieve the brand objectives.

Networking and Database

  • Maintain a strong network of contacts with Buyers and the competition in the Duty-Free industry to obtain market intelligence that facilitates business decisions.
    The job holder functions in an environment which is highly competitive. the job holder needs to keep updated on the various activities in the field and build relationships to push in products that are available with the company and vendors.
