Job Description
Do you consider yourself a customer support hero? Do you have what it takes to solve customers' problems and make them happy?
If the above describes you, we’d like you to join our team as an email customers support agent (for immediate hire).
- You will help our customers from all around the world use different web-based software.
- The available position is for a night shift, and the working hours are 5 PM to 1 AM Cairo time.
- Two days off.
- You need a laptop for this position.
After the training, we offer the flexibility to work from home.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in written English. (Tools will be provided to help you with that).
- Able to work from 5 PM to 1 AM (or later).
- Good keyboard typing speed.
- Able to use web applications comfortably.
- You need a laptop for this position.
The following would be a plus:
- Understanding the difference between users’ usage problems and bugs
- Any technical knowledge
- Good spoken English
