Job Description

  • Monitoring of Tier 1 & Tier 2
  • Setting teams KPIs & coaching team members.
  • Organizing tasks between teams.
  • Reporting about the required tools.
  • Supervision of VIP accounts.
  • Monitoring using the Enett card (credit card) and report about any suspicious transactions.
  • Admin of all documentation.
  • Reporting suppliers issues.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Fluent in English
  • Minimum experience not less than 2 years as a customer service Team Leader position.
  • Tourism & hotels operations experience is a must.
  • Office & google high level of skills
  • Excellent Communication & Leadership skills
  • Max. age is 35.
  • Fine with rotational shifts.
