Job Description
- Monitoring of Tier 1 & Tier 2
- Setting teams KPIs & coaching team members.
- Organizing tasks between teams.
- Reporting about the required tools.
- Supervision of VIP accounts.
- Monitoring using the Enett card (credit card) and report about any suspicious transactions.
- Admin of all documentation.
- Reporting suppliers issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- Fluent in English
- Minimum experience not less than 2 years as a customer service Team Leader position.
- Tourism & hotels operations experience is a must.
- Office & google high level of skills
- Excellent Communication & Leadership skills
- Max. age is 35.
- Fine with rotational shifts.
