Job Description

  • Lead and motivate a team of tele sales and confirmation call representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies to maximize revenue generation through telesales.
  • Conduct coaching sessions to improve team member communication, selling techniques, and customer service skills.
  • Oversee the quality of outbound calls, ensuring adherence to call scripts and company policies.
  • Analyze team performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Track and report on sales performance, including conversion rates, average order value, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and professional work environment for the team.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.

  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
