Job Description
- The leader of the sales department is the glue that keeps the sales staff together,
- Provides the manager with the preparation and inspiration to achieve selling goals,

- Keep Informed of projects on most areas (New Cairo , North coast , Ain Sokhna).
- Train, and Coach the Sales Team.
- Set Sales Targets and Motivate Sales Team
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in Real Estate Brokerage companies is a MUST (minimum 4 Years).
- Experience in the same position as a team leader (minimum 2 years).
- Presentable, confident, flexible, self-motivated and a good team player.
