Job Description
Key Accountabilities
Social Media
- Social Media content and community management.
- Leverage our Social Media Tool – “Sprinklr” in order to:
- Promote efficient customer care strategy to improve customer experiences for things like events, shopping, retailers, and experiences.
- Know our customers better, by creating listening frameworks during monthly campaigns, events, etc that highlights popular conversation, trends, sentiment and influencer detections occurring during special events.
- Build more value for our retailers through social media exposure and tracking performance of the content. Be able to provide data and make
- business decisions around what content is working, which retailer, media type, social channel, etc attracts more engagement, and how the overall experiences of the mall matters for the retailers.
- Save time through Report automation across the teams.
Digital Media
- Work together with our Media Agency to manage Pay-per-click campaigns, Display, and Paid Social Media plans including budgeting, execution, reporting and optimization.
- Facilitate banner development and assist marketing team on any technical related requirements from the media agency.
- Ensure that all reports from our Agencies comes on time and proper analysis are done. Apply learnings to the next campaign if applicable.
Website and app
- Maintain and update the CFCM’s website to ensure that all content is fresh, relevant and engaging.
- Ensure that all pages are properly tagged in terms of descriptions and keywords in order to attain content visibility on both internal and external search engines.
- Contribute to the continuous development roadmap of the website. Suggest potential features/functions that can further enhance both user experience and website traffic.
- Monthly website analytics reporting.
- Loyalty Program via Mob App.
Content Strategy
- Develop and rollout an annual content strategy for CFCM’s digital platforms such as:
- Website
- Wayfinding
- WIFI
- CRM
- Gift Card
- Measure effectiveness of content. Ability to update and rollout if needed.
WIFI/CRM
- Deploy customer email/SMS campaigns and newsletter using our SAP Hybris platform ensuring all tracking codes are applied correctly to facilitate accurate performance monitoring.
- Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities.
- Liaise with the WIFI and analytics solution providers for any issues that may come up on a day to day basis.
Digital Wayfinding
- Liaise with the wayfinding solution provider for any issues that may come up on a day to day basis.
- Manage CFCM’s wayfinding backend system. Ensure that our content is up-to-date on a daily basis.
SEO
- Support in the implementation of DFCM’s SEO strategy.
- Attend monthly SEO goal meetings and ensure that all action points are implemented on both Paid Media and Social Media.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and social media in an agency or consumer branding environment
- Strong understanding the digital landscape and how it can be used to support and develop Doha Festival City
- Broader digital marketing skills encompassing keyword generation, Pay-Per-Click marketing and banner advertising
- Hands on SEO Experience within a Digitally focused role
- Strong analytical skills, numerical skills and a good knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge in content management systems such as IBM WebSphere, WordPress, CodeIgniter and Drupal
- A technologist. Ability to technically asses any potential digital or technology driven projects
- Ability to read and understand data and being be able to generate insights out of it.
- A good working knowledge of web analytics, Photoshop/Illustrator and HTML/CSS
