About the Job

Main Job Duties:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for the information technology department.
  • Providing fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems / Hardware.
  • Answering queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them.
  • Providing help-desk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction
  • Monitoring and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT help-desk
  • Installing, testing and configure new workstations, equipment and software
  • Managing PC setup and deployment for new employees.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Information Technology and equivalent.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English Language.
  • Excellent Information Technology Skills (Installing Hardware / Software, Troubleshoot).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as Help- Desk in Schools
