What You'll Do:

• Answer customer questions by phone, email, and chat.
• Support customers in their inquiries after the sale.
• Keep customer records updated in our system (CRM).
• Help resolve customer issues and get help from other teams when needed.
• Work with sales and maintenance to ensure smooth service.
• Help improve how we serve our customers.
