Job Description

  • According to standard operating procedures, complete the review of Arabic written content, audio, and other formats accurately and promptly.
  • Collect, organize, and summarize violations or abnormal issues reported by users in the Middle East.
  • Collect user issues and collaborate effectively with the customer service team to continuously improve the social environment of the game.
  • Handle daily user inquiries and issues encountered in the game online, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to player problems and ensuring player satisfaction.
  • Collect, summarize, and provide feedback on user issues and suggestions.
  • Collaborate with operations and product teams to maintain good user relationships.
