About the Job
  • The individual will be responsible for development and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform and the ideal candidate will have sound knowledge in Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, configurations, customization development, integration development, reporting, dashboards, web resources, CRM solution file management, security model and UI development.
  • Additional areas of responsibility may include project management and support service management.
  • Understanding and experience developing on the Microsoft platform, including products and frameworks such as Windows Azure, SQL Azure, Azure AppFabric, Active Directory and xRM.
  • Ensure developed solutions use Microsoft standards.

  • Must have a working Experience of Object Oriented Programming concepts, basic data structures.

  • Technical Lead for MS CRM Dynamics with 7+ years of total experience
  • Technical solid Experience with MS CRM Dynamics implementation with different aspects as customization, WFs, applets, etc.
  • Have domain knowledge in Financial industry 5 years+
  • must have Implemented at least 2 MS CRM projects
  • The candidate must be detail-oriented and have the ability to manage and prioritize multiple demands from a large user base.
  • The candidate should have deep knowledge of Dynamics CRM in all technical and functional areas and strong BI skills.
  • Understanding customer business requirements and project objectives, design and deliver technical Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business requirements (Ability to translate business requirements into technical specification).
  • Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) and Windows Workflow Foundation (WF)
  • Ability to diagnose and correct performance problems.
