Job Description
- Formulate strategies and action plans to maximize sales of the designated area of responsibility.
- Identify potential and new clients that would be an added value to Alkan CIT Group.
- Present new products and services to existing clients and enhance existing relationships.
- Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to properly meet customer needs.
- Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
- Responsible for maintaining relationships with key customers ensuring high retention levels
- Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas.
- Manage the sales pipeline to ensure accurate and adequate lead inflow to reach targeted sales objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in engineering, Extra Studies, and diplomas in sales is preferable
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the industry and steel structure factory, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar position
- Very good Knowledge of Customer relationship management
- Excellent understanding of the group’s technical products
- Fluency in both English and Arabic languages
