Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Odoo ERP development and integration effort in support of our clients
- Help oversee and support the development of individual project requirements
- Help conduct requirements reviews to ensure that all relevant and required business, functional and technical requirements are identified, defined, and documented in compliance with established policies
- Help oversee implementation of policies, procedures, and support services for the project and maintain compliance with company and government standards
- Help develop and maintain individual project schedules and resource plans
- Develop weekly/monthly project status and performance reports and any required presentations
- Support project management review and audit support to ensure compliance
- Identify opportunities for process and artifact improvement to achieve the successful completion of in-scope tasks on time and within budget
- Help oversee the development, review, publication and acceptance of all required project and system documentation in accordance with company and government standards
- Assist in process review, evaluation, modification, and improvement measures
- Track system development progress and the status of any action items and provide status reporting for project planning meetings, daily scrum meetings, and sprint reviews
- Help manage and direct distributed, cross-functional teams of both employees, development partners, and clients
- Coach and build a team of Odoo functional team to coordinate projects in order to achieve projects success
Job Requirements
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience

- Experience using JIRA is a plus
- Willingness to proactively participate in a startup environment
- Extensive leadership experience and strong teaming abilities
- Experience in Information Technology or related projects
- Experience managing Information Technology related projects, and well versed in life cycle and project management methodologies
- Experience in tracking schedule and performance progress, and able to identify and mitigate risks
- Proficiency in using PM tools to track projects and generate reports
- Proficiency in using MS tools to help in documenting plans and making presentations to both management and clients
- Proficiency in handling different running projects with help of project coordinators
Preferred:
- Proficiency with at least one web development language, such as Python or JavaScript
- Experience with Agile using Scrum
- Experience managing large ERP implementations
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to lead and work collaboratively in a distributed, cross-functional team environment
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Must be able to help identify and mitigate project and program level risks.
- Active PMP certificate
